My name is Jessica and I love to cook. I love to bake, too. Maybe I love baking more. Oh, I don't know. It's a toss up. But whichever one wins the favorite title, they both belong in the kitchen and, ultimately, that's one place I love to be.
Even with my love of cooking, I don't love spending hours and hours on making my food. I want it to be tasty, satisfying, drool-worthy, and know that people will love it without spending my whole day on it.
Thus, Cucina di Harwood is all about my creations from the kitchen. Throughout this blog you can find tried and true recipes that my family loves, and most of them will be easy. I also share tips of things I have learned as I experiment with my recipes, in addition to basic cooking and kitchen tips. I'm by no means a connoisseur but I love to experiment and try new things. And then I love to share.
In addition to cooking, I love to sing, raise my wonderful family, and read. If I can have music, family, literature and good food, I'm a happy woman.
